• All rooms are double occupancy unless otherwise specified, but if you're traveling single, we will match you up with a roommate.
• Availability of room spaces is based on gender on a first come, first served basis; i.e., if a room is first chosen by a female, the other half of that room is only available for a female (unless a mutually consenting male diver agrees to room with them).
  
• We will do our best to accommodate others if the currently reserved rooms fill up, but there is no guarantee we will be able to. The safest thing to do is sign up as early as possible to guarantee yourself a space. It is likely this trip will fill up quickly, so don't delay; our trips have been overfilling.
  
• We cannot totally guarantee specific roommates, however, if you would like to room with someone specific, you can sign up at the time of registration or make a request by email and we will make every effort to accommodate you. In order to help expedite requests, roommate requests should be made in as far in advance as possible.
