The Plantation Villa can be rented as 3 or 4 bedroom Villa. Perched majestically above White Bay, this Villa offers 3/4 full bathrooms, multiple decks, large kitchen and living area, amazing views, spacious accommodations and is just a 1 minute walk to beautiful White Bay. Hillside Villas consist of multi-level two bedroom, two bathroom villas, set above White Bay. The upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, sitting room and a deck. Sunset Villa East is a multi-level two bedroom, two bathroom villa with the bedrooms on two separate levels, each having its own bathroom and private deck areas. Sunset Villa West is a one-bedroom villa, set on a point, with spectacular, panoramic view. It has a separate, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a wrap-around deck. Seaside Cottages are three, stand-alone one-bedroom cottages, overlooking White Bay. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, deck and separate sitting room. |

2012: Our Winter/Spring Season (12/1 - 4/30) rates are:
* $2200 per week for our one bedroom Seaside Cottages and for the one bedroom Sunset Villa West; They are perfect for couples, and the Cottages are also perfect for a couple with a small child. Seaside Cottages has a/c, Sunset Villa West does not. Both units have queen beds. From either unit, it's 2-3 minute walk to the beach
* $2200 - $2730 per week for a Hillside Villa, which can accommodate 1 couple or 2 couples. If one couple, $2200 per week, if 2 couples, $2730 per week. Jeeps are needed. Villa has a/c, king beds. 1 minute drive to the beach.
* $3355 per week for the 2 bedroom Sunset Villa East, which accommodates 4 - 6 guests but we only charge for 4. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, no a/c, queen beds.
* $4515 per week for the 3 bedroom Plantation Villa, which accommodates 6 - 8 guests (we only charge for 6). 1 minute walk to the beach, no a/c, queen beds
* $5775 per week for having a 4th bedroom in the Plantation Villa. (This Villa can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom Villa). This is a separate apartment, complete with private entrance, a/c, queen bed, full kitchen.
